William E. Morris serves as the Founder, President, and Chief Executive Officer of The Morris Youth Foundation, a nonprofit advocacy organization established in 2015. The foundation was created as a strategic initiative to lay the groundwork for advancing opportunities and improving outcomes for individuals with disabilities across Arkansas.

The Executive Office of the President serves as the central administrative and advisory body supporting the President of The Morris Youth Foundation. This office is comprised of the President’s closest advisors and key leadership figures within the Foundation, working collaboratively to ensure the effective execution of the organization’s mission and strategic objectives.
